We loved creating a warm and welcoming place for travelers to rest in this cozy Nashville AirBNB. As one of our signature services, we offer AirBNB Uplevel Consultations for property owners who want to list their space or transform their existing rental. This perfectly guest-sized space is located in the Belmont/Hillsboro neighborhood of Nashville and boasts 1,000 square feet, two bedrooms, one bath, a living room, plus a combined kitchen/dining/entry.

Making the Switch from Long-Term to Short-Term Rental

While the space previously held a long-term tenant, it was living shy of its potential. With a two-week turnaround, our clients needed to get this space guest-ready quickly. The space required completely new furnishings, and the hosts wanted to meet AirBNB Plus and Superhost requirements while being friendly to those visiting for business.

The space needed to be turnkey ready, which meant outfitting the space with linens, stocking dining and cooking utensils, and storing cleaning supplies for resetting the apartment between guests. Additionally, the decor and amenities would need to be up to par and match the expectations of the ideal guest.

Setting the Vibes

We knew right away that it would be essential to create comfortable, inviting bedrooms. Adding fun, colorful vacation vibes and offering plenty of storage helped set the tone for guests' arrival. From there, we packed the space with amenities, such as a large TV, games, and a bar cart so guests could relax and feel right at home when not out enjoying the city.

A Comfortable & Colorful Space to Unwind

It is on the top floor, so there are steps to climb to bring in your luggage and groceries. Not a problem, but just keep it in mind.
