A comprehensive guest guidebook is one of the easiest and best ways to ensure your guests have an enjoyable experience. Here are some ways you can level up your Airbnb guest guidebook:
Include both rain or shine activities so that guests have plenty of options. Links to the local movie theater, museums, and other local favorites can be really helpful if guests end up needing a backup option for activities.
Have work-friendly recommendations for guests in town for work. Co-working spaces, coffee shops, and your favorite spot for happy hour are a great place to start.
Include QR codes linked to your recommendations. Make it easy for guests to access websites, find directions, or book reservations.

If you’re vacationing in Florida, you don’t want to look at paintings of mountains or feel like you’re staying in a ski cabin. No matter what, NEVER underestimate the importance of furniture in your short-term rental. Many hosts assume they can fill their listing with cheap or leftover furniture only to receive reviews criticizing their rock-hard mattresses or complaints of uncomfortable couches.
