MOTIV Interiors’ Three Principles of Feng Shui — Part 3 of 3 — Harmony

We've had a great time putting together this series on our approach to feng shui, and we're especially excited to discuss our favorite principle of feng shui design — harmony.

Harmony is achieved when each of the five elements (fire, earth, metal, water, and wood) are present in a room — while a predominant element aligns the room with its bagua map placement. Refer to part 1 of our feng shui series for a more detailed description of bagua maps.

The benefits of a feng shui aligned design promote well-being and connection to nature. Our clients have had wonderful results with our remote feng shui service here at MOTIV Interiors.

For our feng shui clients, each room has its own intended use and energy, so we make room-by-room recommendations to ensure that your needs and wants for each space are met and individualized. We can also help you identify the best location within your home for different activities.

A recent client of us describes how our feng shui service helped in her home:

“I have felt unsettled in our new home for a few years now . . . we have already seen a vast improvement. The kids are playing and sleeping better. I am comfortable in a primary bedroom that was always driving me nuts for reasons I couldn't figure out.”
