Bold in Belmont-Hillsboro

DESIGN CHALLENGE:     

This client requested a red dining room for their historic 1937 home in the heart of Nashville’s Belmont-Hillsboro neighborhood.  

DESIGN SOLUTION:

MOTIV Interiors paired this sophisticated chalky hue with a historic wallpaper re-issue and bright white trim to emphasize the beautiful original features and craftsmanship of this space.  We restored a gorgeous vintage light fixture to illuminate the space from above and cleaned the original glass cabinet knobs so they could shine once again.  An heirloom pub table with antique chairs centers the space and warms up the room for intimate dinners to come.
