Design Highlights

Hospitality Design

  • Creating a bold concept is essential to standing out in the Nashville AirBNB market. Our clients requested a “Champagne Hot Tub” theme that celebrates Nashville’s history

  • Heavy doses of bold color tie into the two custom wall murals and neon accents - all toned down with a soothing, modern color palette. We included thoughtful details like local artwork and books to inspire guests with local culture and history.

  • Privacy and light control were key considerations for investor-friendly window treatments.

Income Property Considerations

  • We were able to collaborate with our Client remotely throughout the project to bring their design goals to life while working within the parameters of their investment timeline and budget

  • We prioritized cleanability, functionality, and durability in this property to get the 5 star reviews rolling in right away. This property was up and running and booked out within a few weeks of going live!

  • Collaboration with the property management team ensured timely completion and attention to detail when considering the property’s ongoing maintenance plan.
