  •  A two-hour consultation to discuss goals for your property and design preferences (virtual consultation available pending approval).

  • Space planning recommendations.

  • My top 5 suggestions to increase your space’s appeal.

  • Additional deliverables, tailored to your needs. Such as:

    • Furnishing suggestions

    • Finish Selections

    • Lighting Selections

    • Cabinetry Drawings and other construction documentation.

    • Mood Boards 

    • Styling Guides by Room

    • Paint color recommendations 

    • Hospitality recommendations 

  • Typical turnaround is 2-4 weeks for design depending on project needs.

  • Optional BONUS: Add on a purchasing package with recommended furnishings, artwork, decor and hosting tools purchased through MOTIV Interiors.

  • Minimum investment $5,000. We begin with a Connection Call and create a custom design fee for your project.
